We left the big firm to do this right.
Together for Talent was founded by two recruiters who had won every award their previous firm offered — and then decided to build something where the work, not the volume, came first.
Built differently.
On purpose.
Noah and Brennen worked together at one of the country's most recognized staffing firms, where both consistently ranked among the top performers nationally. They won Presidents Club. By any measure, they had built successful careers inside a large organization.
But large firms have large problems: too many clients per desk, too much pressure to send volume over quality, too little time to do the work the way it should be done. So they left to start Together for Talent — a boutique firm with a smaller client load and higher standards.
What makes us different is simple: we run fewer searches, so we can run them better. Every client gets a dedicated partner who stays close to the search from intake call to offer. We don't pass searches off to junior staff, we don't flood inboxes with unvetted resumes, and we don't charge you anything unless we deliver. That's not just a business model. It's the only way we were willing to do this.
Meet the principals.
You work directly with the people who run the search. No hand-offs, no junior staff managing your req.
Noah brings ~10 years of recruiting and sales experience, with expertise in SMBs — especially tech startups. Prior to founding Together for Talent, he was a Lead Recruiter and Presidents Club winner at a nationally recognized staffing firm.
He is known for direct communication, long-term client relationships, and protecting his clients' brand reputation throughout the search. Hiring managers and candidates consistently describe working with him as a genuinely different recruiting experience.
Outside of recruiting, Noah enjoys reading, a good cigar, and time on the beach in San Clemente with his wife and kids.
Brennen has ~10 years of full-desk recruiting experience at one of the nation’s most recognized staffing firms — building relationships that actually last. Along the way he earned Presidents Club and CEO Club recognition, but the part he’s most proud of is the clients who kept calling back long after a search was closed.
He has a reputation for getting deep on any role, fast, and for treating every hire with the weight it deserves. The right person in the right seat changes everything for a team, and he never loses sight of that.
When he’s not recruiting, Brennen enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, serving in his local church, and spending time at the beach.
What you can expect from us,
every single search.
We send you 3–5 people worth your time — not a stack of profiles you have to sift through yourself. Every submission is someone we have spoken to and would stand behind.
If the role is priced wrong, we'll tell you. If a candidate is at risk of a counter-offer, we'll tell you. You should never be surprised by something we already knew.
Every candidate we talk to forms an impression of your company through us. We take that seriously — in how we represent the role, in how we communicate, and in who we actually send.
We respect your time. Clear timelines, prompt follow-up, and a search that moves at the pace you need — not the pace of a large firm's pipeline management system.
We want clients for years, not transactions. That means we'll turn down a search that isn't the right fit for us rather than deliver a mediocre result and move on.
There are no junior recruiters managing your search. Noah or Brennen runs every intake call, every sourcing effort, every candidate debrief. No hand-offs.
